The Role:- Part time Customer Services Advisor (12 hours per week -days vary)

What we are looking for:- A Customer Services Advisor to to provide a one-stop point of contact, and action for customers of the Council calling in personally, or contacting by phone, social media or email, following issues through to completion wherever possible and conducting associated customer correspondence.
