Salary: £33,106 - £35,479 per annum
The Role:-
This post within the Parking Service involves working as part of a small team of Representations Officers handling the processing of correspondence relating to the issue of Penalty Charge Notices and a variety of associated administrative duties.
What we are looking for:-
The post holder needs to be resilient and an effective communicator who is able to maintain calm in pressurised situations. Current knowledge of the Traffic Management Act 2004, parking standards and policies is desirable.
