Contract: Fixed Term (2 years), Full Time
Salary: £35,327 - £38,951 per annum

The Role:- We are looking for someone to work directly with residents and landlords addressing poor housing conditions. As a Healthy Homes Surveyor, you will work with our Environmental Health team, contributing to the improvement of private sector housing standards

What we are looking for:
You will need technical knowledge in building construction, or another related field such as Environmental Health and excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working be working closely with residents, landlords and other agencies.

You will be comfortable and thrive working in an ever-changing environment, carrying out face to face work in the community as well as preparing reports and schedules for required works to improve properties.

This post is funded by Central Government through the Healthy Homes Project and is a 37 hour a week post for a fixed term of 2 years.
