Contract: Permanent
Hours: 22 per week
Salary: £30,585 - £32,582 per annum (pro rata)
The Role:-
This role offers an interesting opportunity to work in a high profile area supporting the council's decision-making and governance arrangements within the council. You will work as part of a team at the heart of the democratic process, with contact across the organisation. You will also be supporting councillors by ensuring applications to their locality funds have been submitted correctly and arranging payments for those applications which have been approved.
What we are looking for:-
The successful applicant will have excellent administration skills to support the Democratic Services Team in providing an effective and highly efficient committee administration service, member support and Chairman support. You will have excellent verbal and written skills, including numeracy. You will have a good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
