Are you passionate about preventing homelessness and leading high-performing teams to deliver outstanding services?
What we're looking for:-
- We're looking for an experienced and motivated Prevention and Triage Manager to lead our Housing Triage and Prevention Service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the front door of our homelessness service, ensuring customers receive timely advice, early intervention and the support they need to prevent homelessness wherever possible.
- You'll lead a dedicated team, oversee the operational delivery of our front of house service, drive performance and quality, and work closely with partners to deliver innovative prevention solutions.
- You'll also provide leadership on complex cases, safeguarding, service improvement and emergency homelessness responses, ensuring the service meets its statutory duties while delivering excellent outcomes for residents.
- We're looking for someone with significant experience in homelessness prevention and housing advice, strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of homelessness legislation and a passion for improving services for vulnerable households.
