What we are looking for:- ICT Service Delivery Manager 
Are you ready to lead the technical delivery of ICT services across a dynamic shared services environment?
We’re seeking a forward-thinking ICT Client Services Manager to drive operational excellence and service innovation across Watford Borough Council and its shared service partners. This pivotal role will oversee daily ICT operations, manage service delivery leads, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities across multiple councils.
You’ll lead on technical escalations, policy implementation, and risk management, while fostering collaboration across service areas. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll champion agile working, support hybrid service models, and contribute to the development of our ICT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational leadership of ICT shared services across partner councils.
Oversight of service delivery performance, procurement, and risk.
Technical escalation management and project-based delivery.
Strategic liaison with senior stakeholders to align ICT with council objectives.
Support for agile and hybrid working practices.
