Do you have a passion for preventing homelessness and supporting people to achieve positive housing outcomes?

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Housing Triage Officer to join our Housing and Wellbeing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering our homelessness prevention service while supporting the day-to-day operation of our Housing Triage Team.

The Role:-
As the Senior Housing Triage Officer, you'll lead on complex housing assessments, oversee homelessness prevention activity, and provide guidance and coaching to Housing Triage Officers. You'll ensure customers receive timely, high-quality housing advice and that prevention opportunities are identified at the earliest stage. Working closely with the Housing Options Team, you'll help drive service performance, quality assurance and continuous improvement, while acting as a key point of contact for safeguarding, complex cases and partnership working.

What we're looking for:-
We're looking for someone with excellent knowledge of homelessness legislation, strong decision-making and communication skills, and experience of delivering housing advice and homelessness prevention services.
