We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development lead to join our team as Business Partner for OD and help us develop and deliver our ambitious OD strategy. You will work as part of the HR team, providing services to both Watford Borough Council and Three Rivers District Council. It's a challenging role, turning our learning and development needs into corporate training plans, supporting culture change within the organisations and keeping a finger on the pulse through staff surveys and satisfaction and motivation scores. Our office base is Watford, but we have embraced agile working and are flexible with where people work, including home for some of the time.
